Ο Ευρωπαϊκός Οργανισμός Δημοσίου Δικαίου (EPLO), ένας Διεθνής Διακυβερνητικός Οργανισμός με έδρα την Αθήνα, Ελλάδα, ζητά Βοηθό για το Γραφείο Εκδόσεων.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the EPLO Director of the Editions Office will be responsible for the following main tasks:

  • Editing and proofreading of texts, introducing corrections and preparing lists of questions on the journal articles/books published by the EPLO.
  • Follow the publishing procedures required up to the appearance of each publication (graphic designers, press etc.).
  • Support the Director of the Editions Office in the administrative management and the coordination of the Office (e.g., perform all daily administrative tasks of the Editions Office, prepare and coordinate the shipment of the EPLO publications to the author(s) of each edition; organize and monitor the EPLO Publications stock; organize and maintain all Office documents; support the Office in its daily communication; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence).
  • Provide administrative support to the annual Conference organized by the EPLO and in events in which the EPLO Editions Office’s presence is required.
  • Updating the EPLO Publications website.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in French and knowledge of a third language will be appreciated.
  • A University degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • Computer proficiency in standard software applications (MS Office, etc.)
  • Knowledge of / experience in publishing procedures will be a benefit.

The knowledge of Greek and the experience in an international and multi-cultural environment will be appreciated.
