The culmination of the strong academic relations which have been developed between the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), one of Russia’s largest universities, and European Public Law Organization (EPLO), during the last years, has led to the signing of an Agreement in July 2019 in Moscow for the launching of the Bachelor Double Degree program developed by the Academy for Transparency & Human Rights (ATHR) of EPLO and RANEPA on the “Law of Global Integration with an in-depth study of a foreign language”, addressed to Russian, Greek and international students.
This innovative 4-year program that leads to a double degree awarded both by the European Law & Governance School (ELGS) and RANEPA, students are taught modern courses of national, European and international Law and Governance as well as a foreign language (in addition to English and Russian) either French or Spanish or Chinese or Portuguese, and conclude their studies with a dissertation at the ELGS or at one of the partner universities in France, Spain, China, Portugal or Russia. The curriculum and the Double Degree are mutually recognized by the collaborating institutions.
A number of prominent academics from the EPLO network are contributing to the program courses, including Professor Giuliano Amato, Former Prime Minister of the Italian Republic and President of the Board of Trustees of the ELGS.
Currently, 141 students have enrolled in the program.
