EPLO attends the CONCORDIA summit

The EPLO was invited to attend the Concordia Summit and hold an Office Hours event on the topic of “A Europe without Frontiers. Understanding the Legal Order of the EU”. EPLO’s Director, Professor  Mr. Spiridon Flogaitis and Ambassador Mr Andreas Mavroyiannis have been the main speakers. The event honored with his presence the Former Prime Minister of Italy, Professor Mr Giuliano Amato and other Concordia members and guests.

The EPLO also attended and participated in meetings related to the efforts made to achieve Sustainable Development goals, and to overcome the challenges in Rule-of-Law in Central and South America, the threats to Democracy and the stability in the Middle East, as well as Gender Inequality throughout the world.

Concordia is a US-based nonprofit organization which strives to promote public-private partnerships in an effort to find unique solutions to key development challenges throughout the world, such as poverty, humanitarian disasters, youth unemployment, gender issues, and security, energy and technology concerns. The EPLO is a Member of this platform since 2015.
