The EPLO Director Meets with the Deputy Minister for Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The EPLO Director, Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, accompanied by the Greek Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Karolos Gadis, met with the Deputy Minister for Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mrs. Denisa Sarajlic Maglic to discuss joint actions between the institutions of BiH, particularly those concerning the higher education ones, and the EPLO.
The Director informed the Deputy Minister that the Organization he directs can offer educational courses in the area of public law to BiH civil servants. He emphasized that the importance of the EPLO lies in the advancement and dissemination of knowledge related to European and comparative public law, human rights law, environmental law and the promotion of European values through public law.
The Deputy Minister pointed out the importance of education for young people in the area of public law. She informed the EPLO Director on the Ministry of Civil Affairs' role in coordinating education and science, and emphasized that the possibilities of advancing the cooperation between the EPLO and BiH universities should be sought through the Conference of Ministers of Education in BiH.
