Academy for Transparency & Human Rights: Training of Bosnian Judges

The Academy of Transparency & Human Rights for Good Governance of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) undertook the training of Bosnian Judges in the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. 

The programme was conducted from the 15th to the 19th of September in Strasbourg, France.

Judges and Legal Advisors from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the President of the Court, translators from the Court, and representatives of the United States Embassy in Sarajevo participated in the training programme.

Within the programme framework, meetings with the Bosnian and Greek Judges of the European Court of Human Rights, Judge Vehabovic and Judge Sicilianos, took place, while the participants had the opportunity to attend one of the Grand Chamber hearings of the European Court of Human Rights.

The programme was realized under the auspices of the United States Embassy in Sarajevo.
