EPLO signs Memorandum of Understanding with IBEJI

The EPLO has signed an MoU with the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Jurídicos da Infraestrutura (IBEJI) on September 11, 2025, during the annual Board of Directors Meeting.

IBEJI is a non-profit association devoted to the scientific study of Administrative and Infrastructure Law. Its mission includes fostering legal and multidisciplinary research, promoting academic debate, organizing training programs, seminars, and conferences, and publishing technical and legal content in the field of infrastructure.

The newly signed MoU establishes the framework for cooperation and academic, scientific, technical, and cultural exchange between the two institutions. Areas of collaboration include the joint development of research projects, educational initiatives, and training programs, as well as the organization of seminars, conferences, and other events of mutual interest.

This agreement marks a significant step toward strengthening academic and institutional ties between Europe and Latin America in the field of legal and infrastructure studies.
