EPLO establishes an Office in Ukraine
The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) is proud to announce the signature of an agreement with the Government of Ukraine, marking the establishment of an EPLO office in the country.
This momentous treaty was signed during an online meeting that took place at the Ministry of Education and Science, by Ukraine’s Minister of Education and Science, Mr Oksen Lisovyi, in presence of the EPLO Board Member Yurii Voloshyn, and the online presence of EPLO Director Prof. Spyridon Flogaitis.
The agreement was handed over by the EPLO Board Member Yurii Voloshyn a few days later at EPLO Athens to EPLO Director Professor Spyridon Flogaitis. This treaty marks a significant step forward in strengthening cooperation between the two parties.
The agreement outlines the framework for establishing and functioning the EPLO Office in Ukraine, ensuring a solid foundation for EPLO’s initiatives and collaborative efforts in the country.
The establishment of the EPLO Office in Ukraine opens the door to a range of impactful initiatives, including:
- Strengthening legal standards in alignment with European and international best practices;
- Enhancing democratic institutions to promote good governance and the rule of law;
- Training highly skilled legal professionals equipped for the challenges of a modern legal landscape;
- Supporting the growth of civil society institutions, essential for Ukraine’s reconstruction and democratic future.
EPLO is honored to stand alongside Ukraine during this transformative period and is looking forward to a dynamic and fruitful collaboration.
