The EPLO was deeply saddened to learn of the loss of PRODROMOS DAGTOGLOU, a distinguished professor, long lasting friend of the Organization and a member of its scientific council, the European Group of Public Law .

The deceased was an internationally distinguished Greek law student and professor at the Athens Law School, where he taught as a full professor from 1976 until his retirement from active service and his appointment as Professor Emeritus in 1997.
