"DEVELOPMENT OF 4 KEY LEADERSHIP ABILITIES FOR A SUCCESSFUL OCCUPATION AND MAINTENANCE OF POSITION IN THE PUBLIC"
The European Institute for Management and Governance based on law L.4369 / 2016, as in force, created an asynchronous taught program with practical training, to help you, during the structured interview, to develop 4 basic skills in order to be selected and work efficiently in your new position: analysis and problem solving, quality and efficiency, priority and organization, collaboration with others in groups.
Our efforts will focus on matching theoretical approaches with the practical priorities of each stage of the structured interview (evaluation of CV data, awareness of tasks and responsibilities of the promoted position, hypothetical scenarios' approach).
In particular, each section will provide specific practical models of effective self-presentation, development of the institutional framework and "task" of various positions, scenarios in various areas of public administration, while, at the same time, techniques of effective response to the requirements of different scenarios will be classified.
