Training of Russian Students in Public International Law
The EPLO through its educational unit "The Academy of Transparency and Human Rights" trained nine Russian students from the Law Faculty of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on the subject of public international law on 24 November – 1 December 2013 at the EPLO premises Sounion, Greece. The representative of the Rector and the Academy, Mr. Valerios Smirnoff, accompanied the students. The training program involved intensive lectures, workshops, study visits and sightseeing.
This program was the first cooperation activity between the EPLO and the Russian Academy, which became a member of the EPLO Board of Directors in 2013 and the first Russian institution to join the Organization.
