ELGS University by EPLO launches with La Sapienza University of Rome the NEW Joint Master in European and Comparative Public Law
In a remarkable collaboration between the European Law & Governance School (ELGS) of the EPLO and Sapienza University of Rome, the joint International Master of European and Comparative Public Law emerges as a pioneering academic initiative. Combining the expertise of two renowned institutions, this program addresses the complex and dynamic field of European and global public law, preparing participants for leadership roles in an interconnected world.
This one-year degree program immerses participants in the complexities of constitutional and administrative law within the European Union, providing:
- A Comprehensive Understanding of Governance: Analyze EU structures and their interplay with national traditions.
- Insights into Public Policy Innovation: Explore cutting-edge topics such as environmental law and digital technologies.
- Engagement with Global Challenges: Address issues like human rights, international trade law, and the fight against terrorism.
Designed for legal scholars, practitioners, and professionals in governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations, the course provides a unique blend of theoretical and practical expertise. Students will explore pressing issues like environmental regulation, digital transformation, and human rights while also gaining insights into global public law topics such as counter-terrorism and world trade.
Applications are now open and close on 31 January 2025. Students have the option to select their preferred campus.The program lectures are offered in English and italian or French languages.
The program starts in February 2025.
