Prof. Christos Gortsos appointed as Member of the Board of Appeal of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)
As of December 1, 2021 Professor of Public Economic Law, Christos Gortsos, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Member of the European Group of Public Law , the Scientific Council of the EPLO, former Secretary-General of the Hellenic Bank Association has been appointed as Member of the Board of Appeal of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) by the Management Board of European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). The appointment has a five year duration. The EPLO wishes to Professor Gortsos every success in his future endeavors.
