Webinar with regards to the Hagia Sophia issue

The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) organized an online discussion on the: "Aspects of the cultural desecration of Hagia Sophia in the light of International Law" on Tuesday, 21 July, 2020 at 18:30 (Athens time).

Κeynote speaker

The former President of the Hellenic Republic and Honorary Professor of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos. His intervention  was themed: "The cultural desecration of Hagia Sophia is not an internal matter of Turkey. It is a major issue of direct violation of international law".


Intervention by:

Μr. Spyridon Vlachopoulos, Professor of Constitutional Law, Law School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on: "The cultural desecration of Hagia Sophia on behalf of Turkey as a direct violation of the Εuropean Convention of Human Rights".
