The European Public Law Organization (EPLO), an International Inter-Governmental Organization headquartered in Athens, Greece, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Executive Office of The Director.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the EPLO Director General for Management will be responsible for the following main tasks:

  • Support the Director General for Management in the administrative management and the coordination of the Office.
  • Perform all daily administrative tasks of the Executive Office of The Director.
  • Support the organization of activities, including trainings, workshops, conferences, meetings, study visits and other events.
  • Provide administrative support to conferences, committees, meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Organize and maintain all Office documents.
  • Draft the minutes of the official meetings, agendas, events and other relevant project documents in Greek and English.
  • Support the Office in its daily communication.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (including letters e - mails and packages)٫ arrange travels and accommodations.
  • Operating the copying and printing equipment of the Office.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A University degree from an accredited academic institution in any field, preferably in Law , Political Science, Social sciences  or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as administrative officer.
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English.
  • Computer proficiency in standard software applications (MS Office, etc.)

The knowledge of the Greek language and the experience in an international and multi - cultural environment will be appreciated.
