Objective: to establish a public authority-led, multi-agency model for countering hate crime. In particular, the
           project will enhance multi-agency cooperation in countering hate crime as well as strengthen victim support
           through awareness and skills on “sensitive investigation” and prosecution.

           14.  BENEVICT: Analysis of benefits of
               full   implementation   of   the
               Victims’ Rights Directive
           Donor:  European  Commission,  DG
           Justice and Consumers
           Duration: 24 months
           EPLO role: Partner
           Objective:  To  support  the  EU  and
           Member  States  (MSs)  in  their  future
           action  on  common  values  and
           implementation  of  the  EU  Victims’
           Rights Strategy as well as support MSs
           in  the  development  of  their  own
           national strategies.

           15.  S3E: Southern European
               Entrepreneurship Engine
           Donor: EU, Horizon Programme
           Duration: 30 months                           Kick-off meeting of the EU funded “BeneVict” project
           EPLO role: Partner
           Objective: To develop an engine of growth that will contribute to improve the connectedness and efficiency of the
           Southern  European  countries’  innovation  ecosystems.  S3E  focus  is  on  the  acceleration  of  deep  tech
           projects/startups that, by providing solutions to a more sustainable society, can impact the economic growth in
           these countries and contribute for the timely achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

           16.  Support to the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) of Jordan
           Donor: Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS)
           Duration: 18 months
           EPLO role: Leader
           Objective: The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the implementation of the Modernization Vision
           of  the  Government  of  Jordan  and  specifically  to  the  achievement  of  the  objectives  of  the  Public  Sector
           Modernization  Roadmap.  The  project  will  support  the  institutional  strengthening  of  the  Institute  of  Public
           Administration of Jordan and the improvement of performance of the Jordanian Civil Service through training and
           capacity building initiatives.
