Michel Franc member of the EGPL has sadly passed away
It is with deep regret and sadness that the EPLO announces that Michel Franc, former President of section at the Council of State, President of the French section of the International Institute of French-Inspired Expression and Law and one of the oldest Members of the European Group of Public law has passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 87.
The EPLO would like to send its most sincere condolences to his family.
