Open Call to 3 Acceleration Programs in Deep Tech from the Institute for Sustainable Development at EPLO

The Open Call #2 for the S3EThe Engine for South European Deep Tech, an exclusive acceleration program funded by the European Commission to improve the connectedness and efficiency of the entrepreneurship ecosystems in Southern European countries and to contribute to a more sustainable future has launched and the Institute for Sustainable Development at EPLO is a proud partner of the S3E Consortium.

Applications are no open for Research teams, Tech Transfer Offices and Growth start-ups from South European countries (and associated ones) to support them in the development of disruptive deep tech solutions capable of fulfilling market needs and meeting one or more Sustainable Development Goals. 

Depending on the profile, interested participants can apply to one of the 3 programs available and access tailored services, completely free of charge:

 

S3E Start:

For research teams and tech transfer offices, S3E offers a hands-on training program to hone their commercial skills and secure early funding for development.

 

S3E Charge:

For growth start-ups, S3E provides mentoring and networking to develop an investment-ready business plan and facilitate access to non-dilutable and dilutable funding. 

S3E Reverse:

For corporates and medium/large organisations, S3E will run a Brokerage program to connect deep tech challenges to start-up talent and innovative ideas through a challenge-solution duality.

The S3E Open call #2 will close on 15 December 2023, 17h CET for S3E Charge and S3E Reverse, and on 12 January 2024, 17h CET for S3E Start.
