The honored Professor is a member ofthe Scienti c Council of the European Public Law Organization and member of the Board of Editors of the European Review of Public Law, the quarterly publication of the EPLO.Prof. Sérvulo Correia is an emblematic gure in the eld of modern legal science with international recognition. He servedestablished by the EPLO in cooperation with the Department of Public Law in the School of Law of Athens University, in memory of Professor John Anastopoulos (1942-1997).The speaker was presented by Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, Director of the EPLO and Professor Theodora Antoniou, Director of the Department of Public Law in the School of Law of Athens University.as a Minister in the rst government after the "Carnation Revolution" that brought democracy to Portugal.The awarding ceremony took place on January 21, 2015, at the Grand Hall of Athens University.
