The program aims to develop knowledge and skills that will enable trainees to better understand the relation dynamics and behaviors within the workplace and handle them effectively. Project effectiveness isreliant not only to reversing the causes that have drawn to the con ict, but also to the reconstruction of relationships of co-workers. This can be achieved taking into consideration the hierarchy within a mutual bene t context, mainly as a result of a dynamic understandingof the opportunities, constraints and roles of each individual and not enforced.The program is addressed to public servants from all levels of public administration and to employees of private sector and consists of 350 hrs. The rst cycle of the program started on June 10, 2015. Due to the increased demand for the program there are repeating cycles on a monthly basis. Till today 13 groups have been formed and 295 employees have successfully attended the program.A seriesof workshopsThe second activity consisted of a series of one day workshops for public administration. The European Institute of Management and Governance of the EPLO, organized, for the rst time in Greece, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, three workshops on: «The management of stress and psychosocial risks in the Public Sector ». The aim of the workshops was to reveal and transfer of good practices for the management of work stress in Public Administration.The rst was workshop organized on 4/5/2015 in Sparta (Southern Greece) for civil servants of Peloponnese.The second took place in Athens on 4/6/2015 in collaboration with the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) with great success.The third was organized in Athens, onThe conference “Stress and psychosocial dangers’ management in working places,in public sector”, in Sparti, May 4th.15/1/2016, for the employees of the Municipality of Athens. The turnouts were massive.According to the old distance learning program entitled “Financing Tools and Mechanisms of the European Union and other international bodies” from the autumn of 2015 till now have been ac- complished 13 series and 126 Civil servants from all over Greece have followed it.ACTIVITY REPORT 2016 1103
