The program offers to the students the opportunity for a professional and personaldevelopment through training, rotated work experience and culture.Through the program the interns become familiar with the structure, the functions and the areas of the EPLO’s various activities by providing assistance to the EPLO staff, which is based on an individual working plan.They also participate in scienti c and cultural events organized by the EPLO, suchOver the past two yearsthe EPLO has recruited 55 interns (24 in 2015 and 31 in 2016) from 16 universitiesas PowerPoint presentations on a speci c topic, courses on the EPLO objectives, an Athens city tour and other excursions.By the end of a student’s internship, students have developed the skills and the ability to enable them to manage complex situations and be better prepared for the professional world, or for more advanced academic studies.The entire program is supervised and coordinated by an expert on educational activities and HR management.ACTIVITY REPORT 2016 89
