The MoU foreseescooperation between the two parties in the  elds ofeducation in law, governance, international relationsand politics and joint actions to strengthen and developscienti c and creative communications with other West African countries (Nigeria, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Gambia and Senegal). The MoU was signed by Hon. Kwaku Ansa-Asare, Founder and Rector of the Mountcrest University College and by Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, Director of the EPLO.MoU with the United Nations Of ce on Drugs & CrimeIN FEBRUARY 2016 in Vienna, Prof. Flogaitis, Directorof the EPLO and Mr. Yury Fedotov, Executive Director ofthe United Nations Of ce on Drugs and Crime (UNODC),signed a MoU on cooperation for the provision of anti-corruption education courses at the EPLO. On behalf ofthe EPLO, the Academy for Transparency and HumanRights will support this cooperation in the  eld of anti-corruption through teaching courses, exchanging information and expertise and encouraging the introduction of anti-corruption education in higher educational institutions worldwide.MoU with the Center for European Constitutional LawIN APRIL 2016 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the EPLO and the Center for European Constitutional Law.MoU with the Technological Educational Institute ofAthens IN MAY 2016 a Memorandum of Understandingwas signed between the EPLO and the TechnologicalEducational Institute of Athens (TEI Athens) at thepremises of the Technological Institute of Athens.
