THE BRČKO NATIONAL SCHOOL OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONHigher educationin Bosnia & HerzegovinaThe Brčko National School of Public Administration (BNSPA), an institution of higher education in Brčko, Bosniaand Herzegovina, is an agency of the EPLO and developed as a graduate training school for civil servants, elected members of the local authorities and judges of the administrative justice interested. The BNSPA is obtaining a Master’s Diploma in national, comparative and European administrative law and administrative science, while offeringtraining seminars for those who wishto develop their skills in a specialized public administration area including civil servants, as well as professionals and experts that deal with the public sector at their everyday professional life.The new institution was inauguratedin 2010 and in 2011 the rst training seminars were organized. Bosnia and Herzegovina is a member country of the EPLO and the international Organization also maintains a regional of ce at Brčko.On February 12, 2016, the Director of the EPLO Professor Spyridon Flogaitis and the Ambassador of Greece in Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. KarolosGadis visited the Mayor of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dr. Anto Domić and expressed their gratitude for all his support the cooperation between the Organization and the government of the Brčko District. During the meeting, Dr. Domić praised the importance of the presence of the EPLO in the District “because it works on the promotion and dissemination of knowledge related to European public law and promotes cooperation with other institutions and entities”, as he said.ACTIVITY REPORT 2016 93
