ABOUT US / EGPLTHE 26th ANNUAL REUNION2015-In memoriam Massimo Severo Giannini-Laudatio in honour of Agustίn GordilloThe 26th anniversary Reunion of the EGPL was dedicated to the memory of the 100 years from the birthday of Massimo Severo Giannini, one of the founding fathers of the EGPL, and was held on the island of Spetses at the premises of the Anargyreios Korgialeneios School, between the 11th and 13th of September 2015.The reports of the Conference organizedby the EGPL on the subject “The New European Economic Governance / La nouvelle gouvernance économique européenne” were presented and discussed in ve sessions as follows:First session: General Introduction: The powers of the Union in the European economic governance: New transfers of sovereignty. President: H.E. Mr. László Trócsányi, Minister of Justice, Hungary.Second session: The European banking governance. President: Mr. Costas Clerides, Attorney General, Cyprus.Third session: The guarantees of the states participating and not participating in the Banking Union and in the “Fiscal Compact”. President: Ms. Maryvonne de Saint - Pulgent, Conseil d’Etat, France.Fourth session: General Conclusions.Massimo Severo Giannini (1915 – 2000).
