Call for Experts for the project “Technical Assistance to the Inter-Ministerial Delegation for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Morocco”
The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) has been shortlisted for the EU-funded project: “Technical Assistance to the Inter-Ministerial Delegation for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Morocco” (NEAR/RBA/2021/EA-RP/0029)
The overall objective of the project is to: «Contribute to strengthening the protection and promotion of human rights in Morocco». The indicative start date is 1st November 2021 and the planned project duration is 33 months.
In this framework, the EPLO is seeking qualified candidates for the Team leader position described below.

Team leader - Senior Expert specialized in Human Rights and coordinator for the administrative and financial management of the project
Qualifications and competencies
- A Higher education degree/diploma at Masters level (BAC + 5) in law, social sciences and / or humanities or related subject. In the absence of a degree, professional experience related to human rights, justice or public policies equivalent to 5 years in addition to the general professional experience required.
- Good knowledge of French language spoken and written.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is an asset
- Knowledge of the English language is an asset
General professional experience
- At least 10 years but preferably 12 years of professional experience in the field of human rights, justice or public policies
Specific professional experience
- At least 6 years of professional experience but preferably 8 in the development, implementation, monitoring, analysis and/or evaluation public policies relating human rights
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, gestation, follow-up, work-in-progress and / or evaluation of projects.
- At least 4 years but preferably 6 years of experience in the management of teams in the field of administrative and financial support of a technical assistance
- Experience in at least 2 international cooperation programs in similar projects and at least 1 program in the region.
- Asset: At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of protection and promotion of human rights internationally
