Minister Joksimovic of Serbia visits the EPLO headquarters

H.E. Mrs Jadranka Joksimovic, Minister without portfolio in charge of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia has visited the EPLO during her official visit in Greece invited by the Greek Government, on Thursday April 20, 2017 and met with the Director of the EPLO Prof. Sp. Flogaitis and other Organization officials. 

Mrs. Joksimovic, was updated on the mission, the activities and the recent developments of the EPLO that now has 16 member-states within its Board of Directors including the Republic of Serbia.

Prof. Flogaitis referred to inter alia the EPLO's activities in Serbia, recent lectures given by two prominent personalities of Serbia at he EPLO (Prof. Žarko Obradović, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and of Prof. Ugi Zvekić Uglješa, former Permanent Representative of the Republic of Serbia to the UN) as well as on his official visit to Belgrade in February 2017 where he met with Serbian Ministers and other leading personalities.

Mrs.Joksimovic showed a particular interest on the “European Law and Governance School", a recent initiative of the EPLO which is unique in Europe and is already in function, providing undergraduate and postgraduate courses with the aim of creating a new generation of socially responsible European professionals who bring their European identity over the national.
